Sauce

  • 60 g Butter
  • 400 ml Heavy cream
  • 80 g Parmesan (finely grated)
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g White pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter with heavy cream; simmer gently 3–5 minutes.
  2. Off heat, whisk in finely grated Parmesan until smooth and silky.
  3. Season lightly; use as a white pizza sauce.
