- 400 ml Heavy cream
- 80 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g White pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter with heavy cream; simmer gently 3–5 minutes.
- Off heat, whisk in finely grated Parmesan until smooth and silky.
- Season lightly; use as a white pizza sauce.
