Sauce

  • 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 8 g Calabrian chili paste or flakes
  • 8 g Salt
  • 10 g Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and red chili in olive oil until fragrant (no color).
  2. Add tomatoes and salt; simmer 10–20 minutes until thickened.
  3. Finish with chopped parsley if desired; use as spicy pizza sauce.
