Sauce
- 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 8 g Calabrian chili paste or flakes
- 8 g Salt
- 10 g Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Sauté garlic and red chili in olive oil until fragrant (no color).
- Add tomatoes and salt; simmer 10–20 minutes until thickened.
- Finish with chopped parsley if desired; use as spicy pizza sauce.
