Ingredients

Sauce

  • 70 g Arugula
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 90 ml Olive oil
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 g Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend or pound garlic and nuts to a paste.
  2. Add herbs/greens and cheese; process to a coarse paste.
  3. Stream in olive oil to emulsify; season with salt and lemon if desired.
