Sauce

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Flour
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 6 g Salt
  • 0.2 g Nutmeg (pinch)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter; whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes (no browning).
  2. Gradually whisk in warm milk; simmer, whisking, until smooth and thick.
  3. Season with salt/pepper and a pinch of nutmeg; use warm.
