- 500 ml Milk
- 6 g Salt
- 0.2 g Nutmeg (pinch)
Instructions
- Melt butter; whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes (no browning).
- Gradually whisk in warm milk; simmer, whisking, until smooth and thick.
- Season with salt/pepper and a pinch of nutmeg; use warm.
