Sauce

  • 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 20 g Black garlic (mashed)
  • 8 g Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil; mash black garlic into the oil until dissolved.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and salt; simmer 10–15 minutes; adjust to taste.
