- 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 20 g Black garlic (mashed)
- 8 g Sea salt
Instructions
- Warm olive oil; mash black garlic into the oil until dissolved.
- Add crushed tomatoes and salt; simmer 10–15 minutes; adjust to taste.
