Sauce
- 40 g Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 30 g Flour
- 450 ml Milk
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 6 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter; gently cook minced garlic 30–60 seconds.
- Whisk in flour; cook 1–2 minutes to make a blond roux.
- Whisk in milk; simmer to thicken; stir in Parmesan; season with salt/pepper.
