Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 40 g Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 30 g Flour
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 40 g Parmesan (grated)
  • 6 g Salt
  • 1 g Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter; gently cook minced garlic 30–60 seconds.
  2. Whisk in flour; cook 1–2 minutes to make a blond roux.
  3. Whisk in milk; simmer to thicken; stir in Parmesan; season with salt/pepper.
