Ingredients

Sauce

  • 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 4 g Oregano (dried)
  • 8 g Salt
  • 1 g Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil until just fragrant.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and optional chili flakes.
  3. Simmer 10–15 minutes to a spoonable consistency; cool slightly and use.
