Sauce
- 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 4 g Oregano (dried)
- 8 g Salt
- 1 g Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil until just fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and optional chili flakes.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes to a spoonable consistency; cool slightly and use.
