Ingredients
Sauce
- 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 6 g Oregano (dried)
- 10 g Sea salt
- 5 g Sugar
Instructions
- Sauté onion in oil until translucent; add garlic briefly.
- Add tomatoes, oregano, salt, and sugar; simmer 25–30 minutes until thick.
- Cool slightly; dollop on pan pizzas under or over cheese per style.
