Ingredients

Sauce

  • 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 100 g Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 6 g Oregano (dried)
  • 10 g Sea salt
  • 5 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in oil until translucent; add garlic briefly.
  2. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt, and sugar; simmer 25–30 minutes until thick.
  3. Cool slightly; dollop on pan pizzas under or over cheese per style.
