Ingredients
Sauce
- 120 g Sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- 30 g Walnuts or pine nuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- 40 g Parmesan
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Basil (optional)
- 4 g Salt
Instructions
- Blend or pound garlic and nuts to a paste.
- Add herbs/greens and cheese; process to a coarse paste.
- Stream in olive oil to emulsify; season with salt and lemon if desired.
